SoCoop members are international development consultants specialized in cooperatives and cooperative-type organizations. They can be based in any country in the world, making SoCoop a global cooperative.

SoCoop’s Board of Directors of 3 members is elected by the General Assembly. The current Chairman is Djankou Ndjonkou, a cooperative expert and the other Board members are Claire Guigou, Secretary, a SME expert and François Rossier , Treasurer, a microfinance expert.
SoCoop’s Mission is to provide the best blend of skills and input to strengthen any given cooperative or an entire cooperative movement in a country.
SoCoop’s Vision is to see cooperatives play a growing role in providing goods, services and decent employment to the populations at the base of the pyramid.
